Our Declaration

We are a cooperative that believes technology should belong to the people who build and use it. We value:

Ethos

  1. 01 Workers as co-owners labor as cost
  2. 02 Community as the customer community as the inventory
  3. 03 Value flowing to creators value extracted by platforms
  4. 04 Transparency by default decisions behind closed doors
  5. 05 Human potential quarterly targets

Every person is endowed with worth that no corporation, algorithm, or institution confers, and none may diminish. Technology should make each individual's light brighter.
